Cancellation Policy:
*36 hrs before free of charge (a service charge of up to 20% may apply)
*36-25 hrs before 50% of the total amount or credit for another date
*24 hrs or less 100% of the total

In the case of activities, transfers and accommodation provided by other providers, the policy of said service provider will prevail.

*Cancellations made within 24 hrs or less have 100% of charge of the total amount
